# Sliders

Currently, the toolbar has the following sliders:

{% hint style="info" %}
The Tween slider has a 20% overshoot at both ends, which is why you can see that it goes from 0 to 120 on both sides.
{% endhint %}

* Blend (BL): Blend slider to mix values between the previous and the next frame.
* Blend Pull/Push (PP): Blend to increase or decrease the current value. If a channel is selected in the Channel Box, it will be applied to those channels only.
* Blend to Frame (BK): Blend to Frame
* Tween (T): Tween slider, to create intermediate poses or positions between two keyframes.

{% hint style="info" %}
The difference between Tween mode and Blend mode is subtle and sometimes confusing.\
In certain situations, it might not matter which one you use, but in others, the difference is significant. \
\
A Tween slider evaluates the value of the keyframe to the right and left and creates a position right in the middle. That's why, generally, when using the tween slider, the object 'jumps', as it will be placed in the intermediate position.\
\
Blend also evaluates the value of the keyframe to the right and left, but unlike Tween mode, what it does is add to the current value part of the value of the keyframe towards which you move the slider.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://thekeymachine.gitbook.io/base/the-toolbar/sliders.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
